A Social Insurance Number (SIN) Validation validates your Canadian applicant’s SIN and determines their employment eligibility. It does this through the government’s right-to-work program using your applicant’s unique SIN.
An SIN Validation must be made within three days after the day on which the employment begins.
A SIN Validation validates your Canadian applicant’s Social Insurance Number.
1 A separate form is required. See > Knowledge Base > Employer Forms for Form SSA-89 from SSA.
